Mr Rugendo has tested hands-on knowledge in planning, designing, developing and implementing software systems that benefit the wider community. He has been involved in the development of various working Enterprise-wide Resource Planning (ERP) applications for various sectors in Kenya. During his working years he has developed as an experienced project manager including donor projects management, trainer in donor funds management and reporting, a strategist in planning and execution of auditing procedures and financial transaction audits. Mr Rugendo holds MBA: Masters in Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from University of Nairobi, MBA: Masters in Business Administration (Strategy) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology, Kenya and BCOM: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) from Strathmore College, Kenya.
